Executive Summary:

Our client is a regional specialist technology services company, its offerings rangefrom computing, networks and telecommunications to audio/visual and multimedia to corporate offices and retails. Being a young dynamic company with a strong focus in Asia, it has established a strong client network including all of the major FSI companies as well as top luxury retails brands.

Key Accountabilities:

• Technical expertise in server & network management
• Conduct basic admin including add/delete user, create and link a new group policy, OS patching, build a new VM
• Set up AD/ File server and build Exchange Server
• Provides support, design, maintenance, security and operational support of the internal networks (both wired and wireless) within NRMC
• Install, maintain, document, monitor, and update the servers, switches, firewalls, virtual environment, and local and remote data center management
• Analyze, monitor and audit utilizing available tools for system security and performance optimization
• Establish server and desktop hardware and software standards
• Handle data replication between the multiple sites, VM failover among the different hosts etc.

Major Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computing Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience with IT Server & Network management duties
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua with good interpersonal skill
• Good technical knowledge with network and server-side infrastructure
• Work experience in IT vendors is an advantage
• Able to handle users request effectively
• Assist IT manager in conducting in house projects
• MCSE or CISSP holder is an added advantage.
