The ideal candidate for this QA Engineer should have a track record of experience in managing quality assurance in real-time, high-traffic, mission-critical systems with the capability to comprehend a high volume of details as well as the full picture of the systems and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality assurance function in the organisation and develop, implement, and execute QA measures including but not limited to test plans, test schedules, and automated tests
• Enhance and maintain existing automation/ performance testing systems and tools to support mobile, web and desktop applications
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the test automation/ performance testing strategy
• Evaluate functional/ non-functional requirements to understand tests suitable for automation
• Plan, script, and execute comprehensive functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure system and product integrity
• Integrate automation systems and tools into CI/CD pipeline
• Develop, document and share QA best practices tailored for the team and company

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and hands-on relevant experience
• 2+ years of quality assurance and testing experience
• Hands on experience with automation or performance testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter
• Understanding of testing methodologies, testing frameworks and best practises
• Experience working in an Agile development cycle
• Good knowledge of API testing as well as data and application security
• Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, manage multiple and changing priorities
• Highly organized in task management, information management and communication style
