Their Hong Kong office is looking for a System Engineer (System Specialist/MNC/Luxury Retail Group/Attractive Package/Work Life Balance) to join their dynamic team with attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in performing Window system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks
• Maintain day-to-day helpdesk support, system troubleshooting and performance turning
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications through collecting end users requirements 
• Act as first point of contract between vendors and internal users to drive the delivery of application service
• Work closely with external vendors for hardware and software evaluation and procurement; responsible in stock keeping and control of equipment inventory record 
• Responsible for ad-hoc duties as required. 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or Diploma Holder with 2 years' experience in ERP support
• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Sound knowledge in programming language (Java, Shell Script, SQL) is preferred 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in supporting end-users (Windows)
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
• Self-motivated, driven, able to work independently and under pressure
