Job Description

• Provide in-house IT support on all aspects including hardware, software and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Perform regular system monitoring, handling of internal support tickets, asset management, system documentation, user provisioning
• Work on ad-hoc IT-related task initiatives to improve efficiency of business operation

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in IT infrastructure & user support
• Experience in supporting Windows based and Mac OSX based computers
• Proficient in administration and support of Android and IOS tablet devices
• Experience with Linux server is beneficial
• Experience with scripting languages, e.g. bash, PHP, powershell is an advantage
• Assist in Information Security initiatives
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential,  Mandarinwill be appreciated
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
