Job Description
A great role on an exciting project in Central for a fixed term of 12 months commencing immediately.
Role Responsibilities
Project manager:
-Sell and manage overall HCM implementation projects
-Engage and manage project pre-sales, system demo and contract negotiation
-Manage a group of senior and junior consultants to ensure successful project delivery -Manage offshore resource to deliver technical development work.
-Provide guidance, advice and monitor project healthiness with the project delivery team
-Engage client’s senior executive, such as CEO, CIO or business champions, etc. and attend Project Steering Committee
-Work with the client’s executives to address and resolve deviations from the project plan
-Review project tasks, schedules and resources closing with the client’s project manager -Closely work with the client’s project manager on project delivery resources or resolve risks and issues
Key Requirements
Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of HCM project selling and project manager
• Minimum of 5 end-to-end HCM implementation experience as project manager
• A minimum of 12 years experiences with client facing consulting engagements
• Must have a consulting background in management level with Tier 1 level firm
• Extensive experience with management consulting or consulting services
• Strong knowledge in human resources business processes
• Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
• Certification in Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM application
• Certification in PMP or Prince2
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Can accept Non-Cantonese speaker
