IT Infrastructure Delivery, Technology

Our Internet/Mobile Banking and Payment services highlight our development as a major e-player. Innovative and technology-driven online services such as Internet/Mobile banking, Mobile Payment and other wireless financial services allow our customers to manage their wealth with ease any time around the world.

Should you join our IT Infrastructure Delivery function, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our IT teams on client services and helpdesk support. You will also get exposures to the Bank's latest Audio/Video, conferencing and collaboration facilities. Moreover, you will be part of a strong team in a large workplace in IT industry with excellent career prospects and extensive training and learning support. Delivering prompt desktop support, reliable Audio/Video and conferencing/collaboration facilities will be your critical mission. You will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and increasing the productivity of the user departments.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Enterprise Service.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide Enterprise Services, including platform services (UNIX and Linux servers, iSeries (Mid-range), Windows and storage) for support various application requirement for the bank to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity
  • Support potential adoption of Cloud based infrastructure platforms and  deliver infrastructure, platform etc. "as a Service" by working with Business & other DevOps teams
  • Determine the strategic direction and execute in each of the Technology areas under Enterprise Services responsibility
  • Deliver best of class project management and drive the successful transformation to DevOps.
  • Risk and Cost Management
  • Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services
  • Business stakeholder management to define product roadmaps and keep other areas of the bank informed about the Technological infrastructure capabilities available

 

Requirements

  • University degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in data center and service operations management.
  • Solid experience in leading a team for servers and storage support of latest enterprise technology in Unix, Linux, iSeries, Windows, EMC and NetApp Storage etc).
  • Reference in managing a team of engineers at various seniority to delivery high standard of works
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving skills, people management skill and leadership.
  • Confident and trustworthy; Independent and strong self-initiative
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
