Job Description
Job Duties:
- Providing 1st level IT support to internal users in HK in timely manner and within SLA, and escalate incidents to appropriate level support parties
- Ensuring high quality of IT service delivery to achieve high user satisfaction
- Performing installation, configuration and troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Providing video conference support
- Performing daily system health check, backup/restore and scheduled tasks for IT infrastructure
- Maintaining IT inventory records of hardware and software
- Ensuring compliance with operation requirement
- Providing accurate information in task handling and advisory service to end users
- Performing any other IT related assignments. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science with 1-2 years experience, in a global company is preferred
- Good Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Video Conferencing support knowledge
- Knowledge or certification holder of ITIL would be an advantage
- Experience in Windows server administration would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proactive, responsible, able to work independently and highly self-motivated
- Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge
Working Location: Yuen Long (5 mins walk from Long Ping Station)
