Are you?

• a Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• with 3 years’ working experience in IT technical support on network design, configuration and implementation
• possess relevant professional qualifications such as CCNA , MCSE, CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent is required
• experienced in server administration including server hardening, active directory administration, database administration
• previous experience in IT for Banking sector is an advantage
• development exposure and knowledge in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Crystal Reports and Oracle RDBMS etc. will be a plus

Can you?

• manage system, server and network infrastructure
• perform any hardware / software troubleshooting, data backup and storage
• conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
• evaluate new systems and technology with suitable plan and implement business solutions
• perform core-banking day end processing tasks
• develop, maintain and implement server and infrastructure policy and standard
• manage IT inventory, equipment and accessories
• prepare IT user manual and operating procedures
• perform ad-hoc assignments as required
