Job Description
Our Client is a Global Financial Services Firm. We are looking for a replacement for a Head of IT Infrastructure to be based in APAC, overseeing the Helpdesk, Network, Server, Service Delivery, Problem & Incident Management, database and execution of the global initiatives and programs. You will manage a small IT infrastructure team in HK and the other countries.
Duties:
- Stakeholders Management, build strong relationships across the Globe for IT/Vendors/Stakeholders/Business Divisions
- Follow the strategic direction from the headquarter, improve the existing processes, methods and quality of the Service Level applied
- Improve efficiency and productivity of the current workforce, shape for a better culture and positive mentality
- Develop and maintain relationship between company’s customers/clients and IT
- Manage and provide leadership for IT infrastructure team
- Manage daily operation of server (windows and Linux), network, data centre and manage project accordingly
- Vendor management, implement SLAs accordingly
- Collaborate with global IT teams
- Manage budget and resources
- Develop a continuous improvement plan that captures business requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- 10 years in IT infrastructure support, strong in Network/Server/Data Centre management
- Must have managed a team consist of Helpdesk, Server & network engineers and more than 6 years of experience in management
- APAC exposure is a plus
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- At least 4 years in Financial Services/Fintech/Banking/Investment related domain
- Able to give hands on advise and direction on any technical issues
