This position will be a contractor under agency payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solution implementation according to the development standards guidelines and processes with high quality of deliverables;
• Ensure configuration changes are documented according to BOCI standards (e.g, Release Notes, Technical Design Specification, Data mapping specification);
• Ensure that code / configuration change is appropriately unit tested before handover to System test;
• Work closely with vendor on system integration including the ETL, ESB, scheduled jobs, reporting area, process monitoring;
• Have system design in line with the company’s IT roadmap;
• Involves the business unit including Risk Management Division, Global Coverage Center and Administration Division. 

Requirements:

• University degree majored in computer science or equivalent
• Business knowledge in Credit and Market risk is preferable
• Experience in IT system development, maintenance and support
• Solid experience in Java, .Net and SQL Server databases, Sybase, Oracle
• Solid experience in middleware on ETL, ESB, scheduled jobs tool, MIS report and process monitoring tool
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Citrix environment
• Understanding of programming techniques, analysis and system methodology
• Flexibility to learn and work in dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude, with sense of ownership and strong team player
