Our client is one of the largest banks in Asia offering customers a wide range of banking services. They are currently expanding the team and sourcing the talents to support Treasury & Markets trading floor.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the technical platform to provide good availability, performance and security
• Perform resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, security administration, and such regular network/system/database management functions
• Implement hardware and software changes
• Resolve hardware and software problems
• Support trading room, office automation and other technical systems
• Perform migration control and software management of application systems
• Conduct technical evaluation projects
• Provide technical support to application development team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5+ years of trading floor support experience with 2 years at supervisory level; candidate with less experience will be considered as Deskside Support Engineer
• Good understanding of system infrastructure and scripting languages
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills under pressure
• Proactive, highly motivated, team spirit, forward thinking
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
