Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT security strategy, architecture and processes to facilitate the business development and growth of the Group
• Provide professional advice or best practices in IT application, infrastructure and security projects
• Develop and enhance IT network and system infrastructure to fulfill the IT security requirements
• Devise procedures and processes to monitor and capture IT infrastructure security events for analytics and investigation
• Act as an internal IT security specialist to advise other IT team members on IT security-related issues
• Diagnose IT system and network infrastructure faults to ensure rapid restoration of normal services
• Provide second line support to production incidents and support fire-fighting as required
• Manage IT vendors on solutions delivery and ongoing IT security services
• Perform testing and validation of internal IT security controls with regards to the auditing parties

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline with IT certifications on networking (e.g. CCIE) and information security (e.g. CISSP and CISA) preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT network security and architecture preferably with large reputable financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of network security including firewall rules, router ACL, IPS, IDS, APT, network access control, end-point security, etc.
• Good knowledge of SOC, DLP, Anti-DDoS and SIEM is preferred
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements of IT security in Hong Kong and China
• Strong knowledge of IT security disciplines and practices in Hong Kong and well familiar with the latest cyber-attack trends and security solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, results and quality driven
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
