Job Description

Our client is a leading multinational financial organization with envious market share.  Due to massive business expansion and strategic implementation roadmap ahead, this firm is urgently looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team.  This role is initially a 12 months contract, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent position.

As a Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

  • Project manage all in-country related components, develop project plan to prioritize activities with alignment to program strategy/vision.
  • Work closely with programme organization and vendors, and be the coordinator between Group and relevant teams/departments of country
  • Report to the Programme Director and work closely with the country leads
  • Create/manage project plan, and provide regular status updates to the project management office and senior stakeholders on risks, issues, dependencies, change, etc.

To be considered for this role as a Infrastructure Project Manager, you possess the following:-

  • At least 5 years of hands on experience in managing local infrastructure/technical projects
  • Proficient in the PRINCE methodology - principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
  • Strong hands on project management skills and related documents (RAID, RACI, status reporting, Gantt chart, etc.)
  • Be able to identify risks, interdependencies, and proactively suggest solutions/workarounds – all with a “can do” attitude
  • Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project to assist in the process by scheduling, resourcing balance and time recording
  • Understand the BU organization and experience in coordinating between external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese
  • Immediately available candidates will have an added advantage
