Job Title: Project Coordinator - ERP

Job Duties:

• Administrate and participate in ERP project set up, implementations, operation and system support
• Review the necessary requirements between users and ERP vendor
• Maintain close communication with internal and external parties 
• Carry on all system testing and perform all configurations
• Provide user training and application support
• Manage project timeline and work under schedule
• Prepare project document deliverable incl. user requirements, functional design specification, test plan and training materials

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with major in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related discipline
• Min 3 years solid experience in system application development and implementation
• Knowledge of the operation in Manufacturing and Trading industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of consumer products will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to details 
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
