Responsibilities: 

• Able to build strong working relationships with Marketing Peers, Sales Leadership and Country Managers to be the voice of the region in global product planning activities
• Become a market expert on Collocation, Interconnection and Services Portfolios
• Manage the Int’l product portfolio and performance with a strong focus on P&L
• Ensures visibility of product portfolios across operations and companywide consistency and coherence of offer, working towards global consistency, but championing regional differences as needed by market or regulatory requirements
• Oversees the execution of regional and global product plans, in conjunction with product managers and country managers
• Owns end-to-end product launch activity, and manage product life-cycle
• Devise and approve pricing and discounts to meet revenue and margin objectives
• Responsible for contractual SLA approvals
• Oversees, drives and co-ordinates company product planning to support country operations in ensuring delivery according to plan and budget
• Reviews market research to identify new opportunities
• Monitor evolution of customer segment needs, market and industry developments to ensure relevance of service offerings

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related discipline
• 3+ years working experience in telecom or network related industries
• Strong knowledge on MPLS platform, NNI management, Cloud computing, security and related development
• Solid experience on product development and management
• Knowledge of international business is a plus
• Experience on SDN, SD-WAN, API is an advantage
• Innovative, self-motivate and able to work independently
• Demonstrated coaching and people management skills
• Proven ability to analyze complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficient in Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Executive / Product Executive
