Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshoot of the Company’s infrastructure system
• Participate database installation and administration
• Provide helpdesk and onsite support to stores / office according to prescribed service standard

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. With minimum 3 years of relevant experience and have exposure in retail or fast pace industry is an asset
• Hands on in SQL or Exchange Server administration
• Good analytical mind, work independent, proactive and with strong senses of responsibility
