Job Description
- Responsible daily IT helpdesk support services for local and remote site.
- Support end-user in software applications, hardware and software installation and problems troubleshooting.
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
- Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve equipment failure issues.
- Coordinate with IT service provider for related IT requirement.Handle IT documentation and reporting.
