Job Description
Our client, a Retail Group, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- To perform technical support and administration of MS Windows Environment (such as O365, SharePoint / AD / Exchange etc.) are stable and meet the corresponding service level agreement (SLA).
- To perform support and administration on server platform and supporting tools such as backup and performance monitoring.
Requirements:-
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in computing field.
- Hands - on experience in O365 administration, SharePoint, AD, Exchange, etc.
- Proficient with VMware, Linux and Windows operating system.
- Good command in English and Cantonese.
- Experience in retail industry will be advantaged.
