Job Description
Our client is an independent express company that provides global express solutions to clients worldwide with more than 20 years of experience. They are looking for suitable candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house support to end users, troubleshooting on IT systems, network, software and hardware
- Maintain end user applications and IT equipment (PC, servers, network, backup equipment)
- Daily system backup operation and LAN/WAN administration
- Perform system (software, hardware and network) installation and configuration, and system administrative duties
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related
- 1-2 years' experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Office, database Administration, Windows Active Directory Services, Windows Group Policy Management
- Good knowledge in networking essentials (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and strong troubleshooting skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
