Responsibilities:

• Perform network and system monitoring
• Perform system batch processing and health check
• Maintain log books and operating records for equipment
• Create incident ticket, perform remedy action according to predefined procedures and escalate to Tier 2 when necessary
• Require on shift duty (7 x 24 shifts)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or any related disciplines 
• 2 - 3 years experience in deskside support / Operator
• Solid experience on trouble shooting on network and system
• Strong technical problem-solving
• Willing to work on shift with 7 x 24 including public holidays
• Good team player, responsible and able to work independently with positive attitude
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
