Responsibilities:

• Propose and drive digital transformation initiatives to deliver business values
• Plan and implement IT projects with different stakeholders in the company to support business growth effectively
• Prioritize the projects and define the digital road map for adopting new technologies, such as cloud, IoT, AI, big data, to meet new business challenges and achieve competitive advantages
• Support and enhance existing business support systems to cope with new business requirements
• Build and manage an agile team to deliver the projects
• Lead and direct the projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverable. Establish best practices and modern framework for rapid development and satisfactory user experience
• Manage the in-house team and/or contractors to develop, test, implement, maintain, and provide support for the digital solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience including at least 5 years at management level
• Substantial experience in implementing enterprise business systems, including ERP, CRM, ITSM and BI
• Practical experience in mobile and cloud projects
• Well versed in new technologies that are essential for digital transformation in the next decade
• Experience in data center or telecommunications industry preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Immediate available is preferred

Work Location : Office will move from Chai Wan to Kwun Tong by end of year 2018
