Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for server/storage hardware maintenance support service with non-office hr standby or shift duty.
- Responsible for server/storage installation and configuration service.
- Responsible for various types of solution or project implementation.
- Responsible for various types of staff outsourcing service.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
- With 2 years working experience in server or desktop support.
- Certificate holders of MCSE / MCSA is an advantage.
- Good customer support and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
