Job Description
What are you going to do?
Our client is urgently looking for an L1 IT Technical Specialist to join their established HQ in HK. The company offers cutting edge technology and experiences in VR, with offices across US, Europe and Asia.
What is offered to you?

* Provide First line technical support, helpdesk and troubleshooting
What is expected of you?
* 1 -3 years relevant experience Tier 1 Customer Support, helpdesk and troubleshooting (Fresh grad are welcome)
* Preferably Technical support with Basic Networking knowledge- but not a must
* Fluent in English. HK Permanent Resident
