Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software installation, configuration, testing and support
• Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration
• Handle end user requests, provide helpdesk support
• To perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations
• To assist in resolving issues identified on ERP system with the support of ERP providers technical team
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in Computer studies or related disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VM, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Knowledge in MS Server, PC and Lan / Wan inter-networking equipment
• Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, quick response, good interpersonal and strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience of working with IT contractors for internal or outsource IT projects is an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
