The role is a senior or managerial role who will manage assigned task independently. Main goal is to develop and manage the applications for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutions to Global Listed Retailers: PLM, Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Management Solutions
• Business Process Optimization: Jointly review the global sourcing and supply chain process cross regions. Focusing the value processes capability enhancement
• Project Management: Managing entire System Development Life Cycle. Perform system testing to ensure the functionality and stability of the system and be the lead of data mapping for data migration
• People Resources Management: Collaborate with internal users, stakeholders & external development resources to design, develop, enhance & manage innovative sourcing platform applications
• ROI:  Keep maintaining a considerable ROI in the Project with a good Customer satisfactory level. Promptly identified a potential enhancement area to suggest the best approach.
• UAT: Prepare test case for Business UAT, review and consolidate feedback in Business UAT
• Product Roadmap：Participate & support company strategies through generating data from systems, and coordination tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Commerce, Operation Research or relevant discipline, with advance excel skills
• Min. 3 years related working experience, project lead preferable.
• Track record in developing and managing sourcing systems e.g. CBX, Adjuno, Bamboo Rose, etc…
• Proficient in common and statistic software: MS Access, Oracle SQL, Spss
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to give professional advices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to cope with tight project schedule
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Team player and result orientated
• Self-motivated can handle project independently
