To provide support to the internal systems and be a member of new system implementations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT application vendors about system enhancements, new payment platforms and other internal systems integrations, etc
• Collaborate with internal users to identify user requirements, system analysis and provide recommendations for business solution options
• Maintain system configuration, procedures and user manual documentation
• Work with cross team members in IT operation support functions and development projects
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors 

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1 year work experience in application development
• Hands-on experience in SQL Server (i.e. SSIS, SQL Agent, Report Builder, store procedure)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic CRM is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Responsible, well organized, can prioritize and able to work independently
