Responsibilities:

• Liaise with operation to handle system improvement based on Procurement & Logistics needs
• Perform specifications requirement by working with users to identify operation needs & system requirements
• Perform procedures testing & system testing by joint testing with users & SOP preparation
• Monitor & report the project execution progress to superior & propose corrective actions whenever necessary
• Support Procurement operation on daily system issue & coordinate with system providers
• Prepare KPI reports for management analysis purpose
• Perform system training within Division and with business partners
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience in Purchasing, Logistics or Project Management
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
• Well organized, strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
• Attention to details, able to work independently
