技術員 Technician

• 負責與客戶聯絡產品維修及保養問題；
• 安裝及定期檢查各項裝置，需要時進行緊急搶修
• 公司將提供相關訓練 
• 對Linux作業系統有認識
• Provide first level contact with customer with telephone support on face recognition product.
• Provide onsite support on face recognition product when necessary.
• Face recognition product site inspection and installation.
• Familiar with Linux operation.

助理生產工程師 Assistant Production Engineer 

• 主要協助IT產品硬件的生產管理
• 通過AutoCAD並與工廠溝通以確保產品設計
• 準備產品文件如指引和產品規格文件
• Mainly assist in production management of IT hardware
• Ensure product design by reading drawings of AutoCAD and communicating with the factory
• Prepare documents of the products such as the guideline, product specifications 

產品工程師 Product Engineer  

• 主力參與產品的測試、安裝、組件配置和支援工作
• 有經驗使用Linux 優先按需要到客戶進行查勘
• Mainly focus on the product testing/installation/configuration/support
• Linux operation experience 
• May work onsite inspection for new clients when necessary. Mainly work at office
