Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Hardware / Software maintenance & network infrastructure stability
- Provide end-user support for software applications, PC hardware and software
- Provide end-user support for Business Application
- Maintain backup and restoration of servers and workstations
- Install and maintains IT equipment such as PCs and Router
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate, Higher diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
- 1 year working experience in IT related field
- With solid experience in technical support and troubleshooting including hardware, software and networking is an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible & independent
- Able to work under pressure, independent and standby for service
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Immediate Availability
