Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for achieving sales target
- Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes can effectively up-sell products and services
- Understands revenue management functions and account profitability
- Follow up sales and after-sales services in order to exceed customer satisfaction level
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies for individual accounts
- Participate in sales and marketing events and customer-related activities
- Prepare quotations, sales reports and all relevant documents for achieving sales leads
Requirements:
- Tertiary or above in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
- Strong customer and relationship management skills
- Preferably with 2 years experience in Audio-Visual or IT solutions
- Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Effective conflict management skills and problem-solving skills
- Experience in tender bidding process is a plus
