One of the multinational company is currently looking for a IT Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on hardware, software, and computer services 
• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
• Perform management of hardware and software inventory; create, write and review standards and documentation 
• Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline 
• Strong experience in trouble-shooting and technical support including hardware, software, and networking 
• Advance level in configuration and support of Office 365
• Working knowledge in Windows 7 and Office 2010
• An individual with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Mandarin
