Job Responsibilities:

• Help desk functions support, servers administration, daily system and network monitoring
• Handle daily IT administration and support for various IT issue
• General PC installation and IT equipment troubleshooting
• IT Inventory management and documentation
• Provide technical support to various sites
• Collaborate with external parties for system upgrade, troubleshooting and project coordination
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 years relevant IT experience
• Experience in network device setting is preferred
• Good attitude, willing to learn & take challenge
• Strong sense of troubleshooting
• Working independently
• Good communication and organizing skills

Every Monday to Saturday 5 days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 7 :00 pm on shift (8 hours work per day).
