Job Requirement: 

• Degree holder with at least 10-15 years’ experience on sales and marketing, media and digital services
• Strong strategic mind, creative, great marketing intelligence, people management and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and online advertising systems, Google analytics and DoubleClick for Publishers DFP are a must.
• Strong technical background in web development and design in boosting reach and frequency of social media posts
• Experienced in displaying realistic contents in a capturing, engaging manner suited to the different Digital environments and different audience segments.
• Knowledge in ASP.NET / HTML / CSS / Javascript.
• Sound knowledge in professionally presenting effectiveness, efficiencies and ROI on digital advertisement and post investments.
• Basic understanding of data usage and audience segmentation.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English, other language are preferred
• With less experience will be considered as Deputy Digital Director

Job Description: 

• Assist in developing, formulating and implementing long-term and short-term strategies/goals/plans and suggest recommendation to management for digital platforms and online business and campaigns.
• Lead the team to maintain the digital platforms (included Website, Membership System, Mobile Apps, Facebook and Eshop) and generate membership so as to achieve the digital revenue and meet the online sales target
• Drive the team to achieve average monthly page view (by Google Analytics) on web and smartphones
• Analyzing campaign performance statistics provided with solutions and recommendation
• Implementing adequate and proper measurement on internal control policy and provide adequate training to team members
• Build up good relationship, communication and coordination with clients.
• Provide corporate governance
