Our client is an international brokerage firm provide electronic services to all kinds of financial products.
Job Responsibilities:
technical support trading platform users/ clients
maintain OS (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux) and Mobile OS (iOS/Android) support
investigation and trouble-shooting on any bugs and errors
Keeping up with latest technology trends and development
real-time technical support of IB applications
Job Requirements:
experience on help-desk technical support
OS (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux/iOS/Android)
DNS, TCP/IP and General Network Configuration Support
Hands-on PC, Tablet, and Mobile Troubleshooting
experience on real-time troubleshooting
basic understanding to Java and web based applications
Experience on IT security is a plus
Basic understanding of programming is a plus
