Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows based system administration, including system setup and configuration, software installation;
• Perform support services and daily operation;
• Any other IT related tasks as required;
• System documentation and filing;
• Assist monitoring IT assets and software licenses;
• Maintenance office and remote sites clients technical problems and trouble-shooting;
• Timely report and update the job status;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• 2 years IT related working experience;
• Familiar with Windows XP/7/8/10 & Server 2012 ….. , networking, Cloud, Active Directory;
• Knowledge of Virtualization technology, Linux OS, Email administration is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, good interpersonal skills;
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently;
• Customer oriented with a proactive and positive can-do approach;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill is most favorable.
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
