The Current Opportunity

Our Pre-Sales team are the technical enablers of our sales process, working closely with our sales team across the entire group, to scope and understand business requirements, design architectures, deliver proposals and present solutions.

Solutions Architects have responsibility for solution design to drive new business and cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers to create new sales opportunities.

As Solutions Architect, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response customer opportunities and requirements;

  • Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor;

  • Attend requirements gathering meetings with the customer and the sales;

  • Develop, design, document and deliver scope of works, hour/cost estimates, professional proposals that meets the customer's requirements

  • Assist the Product team on developing product plans and roadmaps.

  • Work with the sales representative to finalise and present sales proposals in a language to suit the target audience;

  • Manage pre-sales cases and provide timely updates to stakeholders as required, including coordinating bills of material with the Finance/Billing team;  

  • Develop and maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the Superloop range of product offerings including their functions and applicability;

  • Conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products;

  • Liaise and collaborate with the Delivery/Provisioning teams to deliver a seamless implementation of a developed solution;

  • Create and deliver training material to upskill Sales representatives and build the capability of our organisation.

About you... the successful candidate will possess:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, and/or related fields;

  • Experience in developing ICT/Telecommunication B2B pre-sales solutions, including routing, switching, and wifi;

  • Ability to identify opportunities and requirement, and apply technical knowledge to define and develop potential outcomes;

  • Experience in designing large scale campus or data centre networks;

  • Experience with developing IP WAN designs and proposals;

  • CCNP or CCDP required, CCIE highly desirable;

  • Ruckus, Juniper and Watchguard Certification advantageous;

  • Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and tailor language to suit the audience;

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities – including the ability to create impactful diagrams and visual representations;

  • Able to prioritise and execute plans in a fast-paced environment;

  • A contributor to a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative environment

  • Experience coaching and mentoring other team members to increase soft skills and technical aptitude.
