Requirements :-

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year Full-time relevant working experience in IT
• Hands-on experience in Archive, Museum, Library handling cataloguing system is preferred
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing is a MUST
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :-

• Provide first-tier daily IT support to internal and external users of the department, including software, hardware, system and related issues
• Responsible for diagnosing problem, suggesting solutions, proposing equipment enhancement and arranging follow-up actions with respective service contractors on regular and ad-hoc maintenance 
• Carry out general computer operations, such as changing backup tapes, upgrading programme, checking of the operation status of servers and network equipment
• Oversee the installation and relocation of hardware and software 
• Prepare and update the inventory list of the department
• Create and revise of user account of the management system
• Assist in transform various files into PDF for webpage update use
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
