• Solid experience to perform analysis to identify business requirements and translate requirements into technology solutions to support business strategies and objectives
• Solid experience in manage, collect and document detail information of integration project demands from business for prioritization such as the scope, business benefit, urgency and impact.
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure the business requirements are addressed in the solutions i.e. order management system, WIP tracking systems
• Assist Project Manager on Large scale project or leading medium/small scale projects
• Carry out communication plan, requirement gathering; managing deliverables to timelines and milestones, coordination, troubleshooting, testing, and training.
• Partnering with other IT teams to manage and execute change requests and sustainable support model for sourcing applications

Requirements 

• Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Strong business sense and relevant experience in sourcing and footwear & apparel industry domains
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of practical and related experience in business requirement analysis
• Proficiency in spoken, written and presentation skills in English and spoken Chinese, with Mandarin an advantage
• Considerable technical knowledge or experience, i.e, OutSystem, Alfresco platforms. etc
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead cross functional departments in requirements gathering sessions
• Excellent communication skills: Influence, drive consensus and strong sense of urgency
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
