Responsibilities:

• Strong stakeholder management skills in DRIVING Internal & External parties not limit to business users, vendors, regional stakeholders and IT team parties           
• Experience in delivery of successful projects implementation within timeline, budget, and quality work.
• Facilitate cross functional workshops and meetings to ensure all projects are correctly scoped and key tasks/issues identified.
• Carry out analysis and present recommendations on specific business problems when required
• Strong Business Processes Knowledge in one or 2 areas from Manufacturing ( Preferred Garment ), Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and HR.
• Strong People Skills & problem solving skills.
• Able to provide presales support to sales team and partners
• Frequent Travel to China, Vietnam and Cambodia

Requirements:

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis with solid functional understanding in Manufacturing System and preferred in Garment industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
• Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
• Good knowledge of multiple aspects of the Garment industry is advantageous
• Professional Qualifications in PMP will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Cantonese communication and Putonghua proficiency will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Junior Project Manager
