Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for on-going support on Mobile Confidential Mail System (MCMS)
• Perfrom user account management, rollout of MCMS service to new users, testing on software and patches installation in Apple iOS mobile devices
• Co-ordinate with support teams, vendors and application teams and conduct testing on
• Centralized Mail System (CMMP) which will be implemented by MS Exchange solution
• Assist in conducting integration tests on existing Document Management System (Opentext eDOCS 5.3.1/eDOCS 16) with the CMMP
• Assist in conducting on-going support on Microsoft Windows servers and MS SQL databases

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or or equivalent
• At least 2-years solid experience in system administration and support for MS SQL database server
• At least 2-years solid experience in provide technical support of MS Exchange server and Outlook
• Relevant experience in web programming (ASP/Java/JavaScript/PHP) would be an advantage
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferred
