Job Description
The Job
- Handle member enquiries and membership data management
- Provide support on medical claims pre-approval, review and related follow up work
- Report issues to team leader
- Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to members on emergency cases
The Person
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably with call centre background
- Experience in working with insurance or healthcare industry with nursing background is of advantage
- Customer-centric with good communication and listening skills
- Attentive to details and willing to learn
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Candidates who are able to support day or night service are welcome
