Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver training to sales team on life insurance area;

•Conduct the on-site training for sales team;

•Work on various ad-hoc training projects;

•Develop the sales tools;

•Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program by monitoring the business results.

Requirements

•Degree Holder or equivalent qualification;

•3 years relevant experience at Training area in the Financial Planning Industry;

•Insurance frontlines experience is an advantage;

•Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, excellent in writing Chinese and English;

•Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
