Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to intermediaries and customers through Bancassurance, and IFA channels
- Handle internal and external customers’ inquiries/complaints via telephone, email, correspondences and Live Chat (including Walk-in)
- Handle outbound calls to customers for servicing support, sales, and business retention
- Handle customer journey and service development on the digital platform
- Provide support to the operation team which includes service enhancement and digital transformation
- Participate in ad hoc assignment when required
Requirements:
- University graduate or Tertiary educated in any discipline
- IIQE qualification papers 1, 3, 5
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience from insurance industry
- Customer focused and result oriented with attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Experience in digital servicing such as Live Chat, Chatbot will be preferable
*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
