Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to intermediaries and customers through Bancassurance, and IFA channels
  • Handle internal and external customers’ inquiries/complaints via telephone, email, correspondences and Live Chat (including Walk-in)
  • Handle outbound calls to customers for servicing support, sales, and business retention
  • Handle customer journey and service development on the digital platform
  • Provide support to the operation team which includes service enhancement and digital transformation
  • Participate in ad hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

  • University graduate or Tertiary educated in any discipline
  • IIQE qualification papers 1, 3, 5
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience from insurance industry
  • Customer focused and result oriented with attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Experience in digital servicing such as Live Chat, Chatbot will be preferable

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
