Responsibilities:

• Manage the team to perform the actuarial valuation for financial management reporting including IFRS, SII and VNB reporting and related analysis
• Prepare Business Plan and forecast on financial metrics
• Enhance and streamline the reporting process and strengthen the controls
• Work on other ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
• Provide guidance and training to teammates
• Support the new regulation implementation such as IFRS17 as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry
• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
• Knowledge in Statutory/IFRS/SIIreporting and actuarial software is an advantage
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
