Job Description
Our client is a well-known insurance company.
To support their continuous growth of the team, they are urgently looking for high calibre to join their claims team.
Key responsibilities:
- Access and process the claims adjudication in life/ medical insurance effectively
- Handle claims enquries for internal & external customer
- Assist in ad hoc project assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder is preferrable
- 1-3 years experience in claims processing
- Good customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- PC proficiency in MS Office
- Good language skills (English & Chinese)
