• Bachelor’s degree
• Personable and cultural sensitive to be able to work with consultant and clients from all levels and nationality
• Highly organised, detail minded, flexible and resilience while managing tight timeline and expectations
• Exceptional communications skills to advise and negotiate on potential risks & compliance issues
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
• Highly organized, flexible and resilience as well as exceptional communications in both English and Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex projects with moving parts, including planning, executing and closing projects
• Key person to maintain the client’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Tech implementation projects
• Experience in managing large complex projects with moving parts, including planning, executing and closing projects
• Delivers a positive On-Your-Side customer service experience to all internal, external, current and prospective Nationwide customers.
• Managing upper management stakeholders for 14 APAC jurisdictions (Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, China etc)
• Other duties might be assigned to A.D. role.
