Job Description:

• To assist the CEO on a daily basis in carrying out business objectives 
• To develop Local & Overseas market
• To develop the company annual strategic, business and marketing plans
• To formulate and implement plans for both profitable and sustainable business development
• Organize regular review meetings with sales & marketing, customer service and finance departments to ensure all work flows are going smoothly
• Recruit, develop and motivate employees so as to maintain an effective talent pool
• Ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction, and participate in resolving problems or complaints from customers

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2 years in managerial position with P/L experience
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is preferable
• Good manner, communication and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
