Responsibilities:

• Perform production planning and control MPS (master production schedule) to meet the company and customer requirement.
• Responsible for daily operation, resource planning and process control.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure the smooth production.
• Work with the team together to achieve the daily targets.
• Set up KPI’s for the team members and manage their progression through daily coaching and formal monthly catch-ups.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Garment/Fabric related or hotel laundry experience preferred.
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership, coaching skills and interpersonal skills.
• Work on shift.
