Key Area of Responsibility:

• Order management and maintenance.

• Communicate with factory, regions and functional teams directly to resolve issues.

• Manage bulk/sample buy & packaging requirement with all activities.

• Ensure all the orders are planned to be processed according to company’s policies and rules.

• Works closely with factories to ensure the accuracy of reported completion dates and to ensure on time deliveries.

• Ensures factories are constantly informed of all the documentation information (such as labeling and packing) as well as the changes if any.

• Assists the teams in resolving any outstanding and ad hoc issues.

• Manage the exception report that highlights any potential delays and work with the functional teams to try and keep deliveries on time.

• Generate weekly/monthly/seasonally reports and send to teams (Example OTP, GPM, WIP, etc.,)

   Major Challenge:

• Timely communicate with all related parties and spot out/solve issues

          Key Relationships:

• Materials team, Production & QA team, Finance, Logistics, planning and factory

          Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

•  University degree and above

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in Footwear or Apparel industry

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in English writing and oral skills

• Fluent in Cantonese and mandarin is a plus

• Proficient Excel skill (Lookup, Macro etc.)

• A problem solver, team player and collaborator
