We are currently seeking a full time Graphic Designer/Illustrator with experience in Product Design. This role assists with girl’s toy packaging design and toy product development. This role also supports the seasonal showroom graphic design and layout by creating and maintaining the visual presentation of the showroom. This person designs and develops inspiring environments for our product offerings by using their arts and crafts expertise.The chosen candidate will partner with the creative director and merchandising direction and other company departments.

Essential Functions:

• Use style-guides to re-layout multiple packaging.
• Create presentation packages and product renderings.
• Generate toy designs by creating technical drawings.
• Develop toy designs through initial concept through approval for production.
• Own the product development process through daily communication with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Generate design content through sketching and 3D modeling.
• Create technical drawings and collaborate with engineering team to create specification packages.
• Create the showroom layout and prepare showrooms for annual toy fairs.
• Support the execution of the showroom installation.
• Communicate with printing vendors and execute artwork for showroom.

The position demands a confident and accurate command of both written and spoken English, and the ability to get things done to meet tight deadlines.  A proven knowledge of the market and/or willingness to learn is essential.
